At The LyfeHouse, we believe recovery is not just about staying clean — it’s about rebuilding a meaningful life surrounded by people who understand the struggle. Our sober living community in the Dallas–Oak Cliff area provides a safe, structured, and supportive environment for men overcoming drug and alcohol addiction. Here, men support men through shared experience, accountability, and encouragement. Living among individuals who have fought the same battles creates a powerful sense of brotherhood and hope.
 

Our approach combines clinical structure with the principles of the 12-Step program, offering a balance of evidence-based recovery tools and spiritual growth. Residents receive peer support, attend 12-Step meetings, and are encouraged to work with sponsors while developing vital life skills that promote independence and long-term sobriety. At The LyfeHouse, we don’t just offer housing — we offer a foundation for transformation. 

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Welcome 

The Lyfe House supports all pathways to recovery, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Individuals who are prescribed and appropriately using medications as part of their recovery are welcome in our residence. We believe recovery is personal and support residents in following treatment plans developed with their healthcare providers.
